We begin this tour from the Cabo San Lucas highway passing through San Jose del Cabo. We´ll travel along the Sea of Cortez. There´s a short stop at Los Barriles viewpoint that along with the neighboring town of Buenavista form the so-called East Cape. The next stop will be in the small town of San Bartolo, where you´ll have the opportunity to buy home made candies and burritos for breakfast. From here we continue towards El Triunfo. Where in it´s time of mining splendor (Silver and Gold extraction), came to have around 10,000 inhabitants of native, European and Chinese origin. We´ll observe the metal melting chimney, which stopped working around 1950. Our next stop in the tour will be the city of La Paz, where we´ll visit the main church dedicated to Nuestra Señora del Pilar and the town square, where a fountain that represents the symbol of the city stands out: a volcanic rock in the shape of a mushroom; visit the regional museum, we´ll visit the beaches of Balandra and Tecolote. Optional at your own expense: eating on the malecon of La Paz, or at the Tecolote
beach. We´ll come back by way of highway 19, that runs along the Pacific Ocean, stopping at the charming town of Todos Santos, with spare time to visit the mission, the Hotel California and to go shopping for approximately 45 minutes. It takes another 45 minutes to get back to Cabo San Lucas.
